Ingredients we know by name
Our KLASA-awarded wheat flour comes from a mill in Havlíčkův Brod, 12 km from our workshop — owned and run by our extended family. The corn starch in our puddings is gluten-free.

Why our prices stay low
We work in our own workshop, keep outside costs low and use simple packaging. Selling direct is about 40% cheaper than through resellers. Pick-up in Kochánov saves delivery. Do you deliver, and where is pick-up free?
Pick-up at Kochánov 40, 582 53 is free. A second pick-up in Humpolec near Pivovar Bernard is also free; we agree the day and time. Vysočina delivery is free from 5000 CZK. Delivery to Humpolec and Havlíčkův Brod is free from 1000 CZK. Delivery to Jihlava is free from 3000 CZK. Elsewhere we quote delivery; you may use your own courier.

Is Jůzlová vanilla pudding gluten-free?
Yes. It is based on corn starch, which contains no gluten. For a chocolate taste, stir in our Dutch-process cocoa — we do not sell a ready-made chocolate pudding mix.
What is the difference between potato dumplings and hairy dumplings?
Potato dumpling mix is classic dough from KLASA-awarded wheat flour and dried potato flakes — for dumplings, poppy-seed rolls, croquettes and gnocchi. Hairy dumplings (bosáky) follow a traditional recipe, ready in 15 minutes, typically served with cabbage and smoked meat or as strapačky/halušky.
What is Dutch-process cocoa with 21% fat?
Alkalised confectionery powder with 20–22% cocoa butter (under EU law, below 20% it must be labelled fat-reduced). Medium Dutching, pH 7.8–8.2, deep red-brown. No added sugar, vegan, none of the 14 EU allergens, gluten under 20 ppm. Pack 500 g / 270 CZK. Full answers are on the cocoa page.
