A family workshop in Kochánov in the Czech Highlands. Food mixes since 2004.
We began making food mixes in a small workshop in Kochánov in 2004. Over the years we carefully refined our recipes, until we reached a combination of taste and quality that households across Bohemia and Moravia now seek out.
Today, trading as "Jůzlová", the workshop is the family: Jiřina and Jiří, their daughters and partners, and the extra hands that keep production, packing and customer contact going. Kochánov is a small village in Vysočina — the Jůzl family has roots here going back centuries.

Who runs the workshop?
The Jůzl family traces about 400 years of roots in Kochánov, a municipality and village of roughly 200 inhabitants in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. Jiřina Jůzlová and her husband Jiří Jůzl run the local family business. Their daughter Lucie Kůželová supports production, logistics, packaging, sales and customer contact, and often handles enquiries on the official Facebook page. Lucie’s husband of 25 years, Filip Kůžel from nearby Štoky, helps with logistics and customers. Jiřina’s second daughter, Jířa Kennedy-Jůzlová, supports ingredient sourcing, regulatory compliance, ingredient quality and certification checks so quality holds from farm to kitchen. Her husband, Adam Kennedy, manages marketing and developed this website so customers can find, view and order the products more easily.
Where does the flour come from?
KLASA-awarded wheat flour from a mill in Havlíčkův Brod, 12 km from the workshop — owned and run by our extended family.
