Hairy dumpling mix (bosáky) is 260 CZK per 5 kg at pick-up from Jůzlová, Kochánov 40, 582 53, Vysočina. Ready in 15 minutes: mix with water, shape and boil. We follow a traditional recipe, so canteens and home cooks both use it. You will not tell it from dumplings made from raw potatoes. Serve with cabbage and smoked meat, onion and cracklings, or sweet with poppy seeds and sugar. The 260 CZK price is for workshop pick-up. 2017 internet prices are not valid.
